Popular Tournament Series Expands to Include $200,000 Freezeout as Final Event

The hunt for online poker’s richest prize begins anew today with qualifiers for VC Poker’s $10 Million Grand Slam (in January) commencing 18.12.2006 and continuing throughout the holiday season until 6.01.2007. In addition, VC Poker is pleased to announce that the prize pool for the fourth and final tournament in the Grand Slam series is being doubled in January from a $100,000 Rebuy to a $200,000 Freezeout.

Whilst competition begins anew to qualify for January’s quartet of $10 Million Grand Slam Guaranteed Tournaments, the drama continues in this month’s Grand Slam series with no fewer than 11 VC Poker Players looking to win professional sponsorship packages in December’s fourth and final Grand Slam Guaranteed Tournament ($100,000 Guaranteed – 24.12.2006 @ 20:45 GMT). Joining them in the hunt is Epsilon, the first player to secure a sponsorship package courtesy or consecutive final table finishes in the first two Grand Slam events.
